The dilemma of housing for the middle and low-income earner in a developing economy has often been seen as an impossible challenge. This is more precarious in Africa because the hand-out concept of transferring knowledge is coupled with intellectual challenge and arduous economic task to break-off for self-discovery. Though enormous, the time is right to face up to the challenges of authentic nation building. ECO-BUILD PROJECTS is the culmination of several years of dedicated study and synthesis of workable ideas for the delivery of housing and basic infrastructure. The primary aim is to ensure that through disciplined and transparent professional services, and coordinated efforts with corporate institutions, housing delivery becomes a reality. The idea is to ensure that  an employed graduate from any tertiary institution is enabled to step on the property ladder in the first three years of employment. This would be done through provision of housing schemes that accommodate different financial circumstances and encourage a flexible wok-life balance.
